Great service!!! They was not my first, second, or third choice. Im just happy I went with them. Everyone I called was trying to hold my vehicle but they evaluated it in an hour. Got my car back and gave the paperwork to the dealership. I was test driving a car before buying it and the dealership said they would fix the noise. Transmission was the noise.

Super nice guys, I showed up to get a diagnosis on my 2001 CRV and the options were simple; $3500 to rebuild transmission or just drive him with the check engine light on until the end of his days. Given thats about $1500 more than he was bought for, I left receiving no further service and was not even charged for the time spent diagnosing! I appreciated the straight forward communication and no pressure to spend thousands on a car that is far past its prime. The crew in the back singing Bruno Mars was just the cherry on top.

Very poor service, customer service as well. They lie, take forever. Paid 2000$ for a rebuilt and under warranty for a year and took my vehicle back 3 times and still never fixed it. Sold the car because of it. Very very very poor quality I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever. The service was under the name jamar young and the service was terrible nobody ever called to give updates on the suv, we had to call and check on things after days of it being there. The transmission was never fixed correctly a 2004 kid Santa Fe and when we picked the car up it was worse than we dropped it off, kind it was under warranty and still said take it to a dealership after 3 times bringing it back and forth, you kept the money and told us to fix ot at a dealership and it’s under warranty for 2 years. Horrible service. Never would I recommend this shop to anyone. I just wanted my car fixed that what I paid for.

I grew up in the area and this Mr Transmission has been here FOREVER so I knew they must be good. Haven't needed them until now. I was panicked b/c some idiot put the wrong kind of transmission fluid in my car (only 1 quart) and I was so stressed and terrified of what will happen. I called these folks and spoke to Cameron and omg what a great experience! He calmly & patiently eased my fears and told me to come in for a check. When I went in, the same great service from Cameron. He had me in and out and all is well. Will definitely be back if I ever have any more trans issues.

From what I can tell, the transmission rebuild itself on my 2012 Toyota Camry appears to have been done reasonably well. Only reason for 2 stars. However, the post-repair quality control was extremely poor. After picking up the car, I began hearing a loud metallic noise from under the hood. Upon inspection, I discovered that a metal engine hoisting chain had been left bolted to the engine and freely dangling after the vehicle was returned to me. I only noticed it once it began swinging near the serpentine belt. This could have easily caused serious damage if it had become caught in the belt or damaged nearby wiring or hoses. I don’t understand how something this obvious could be missed, especially considering there should be a post-installation inspection before returning a vehicle to a customer. It was clearly visible just by looking into the engine bay. This level of carelessness is unprofessional and sloppy and raises concerns about attention to detail. It also makes me question how thoroughly the rest of the repair was completed. To make matters worse, the person I spoke with on the phone was not really consoling about the situation, either. While the car currently drives,
